G-Shock Button Arrangements
If you want to learn how to how to set a G-Shock watch time, you have to understand all the buttons of Gshock watch and their function’s. In mostly GSHOCK watches have four buttons and their control functions.
Find the below image “A” is representing the adjust button and “B” is representing the Reverse button. The adjustments button allows you to enter a configuration mode in order change settings while the reverse setting reverses values of different options.
Button “C” is representing mode button and button “D” is the forwarding button . When you push the Mode button, it will cycle through all of your settings and give a visual representation. You can also change values for different variables by pushing Forward on this controller!
Changing The Time
Find the below steps and follow the same as it is and adjust your GSHOCK watch.
- When in the Timekeeping Mode, hold down A for about three seconds until you see “City Code” flash on your lower right display. This is now set as your city code and setting mode – make sure to enter this before any other settings!
- Use D and B to select the city code you want. Make sure that your Home City Code is selected before making any other changes, or else they won’t be applied! You can find a list of all codes in this handy table:
- Press C to change the flashing screen content in the sequence shown below to select the other setting
- When the time-changing button is flashing, press D or B as described below.

Press A to exit the setting mode
The day of the week is displayed automatically in accordance with your settings.
