G-Shock Adventurer’s Stone Series for 40th Anniversary.

The G-Shock Japan released the 40th Anniversary Adventurer Stone Series, which includes of six metal covered watches for both men and women in various sizes. These models have special colors and have colorful stainless-steel bezels that have been ion plating applied to them and also have 40th Anniversary case backs, and band keepers. The bezels’ unusual texture carries on a design theme started by earlier moon-inspired G-Shock models like the G-Shock MTG-B3000CX and G-Shock GM-2100MG. Every model is presented in a unique 40th Anniversary packaging.

According to previous leaks, we expected these watches to have a more Planetary theme, however these watches are inspired by ore, which was used as a compass by adventurers in the Middle Ages.

Each model has distinct textures and ion-plated hues. These models are more costly than ordinary metal-covered versions because to the specific production methods required and the limited availability of the series.

The series will be launched in Japan on January 14, 2023. More information about the series’ worldwide release will be announced soon.
