Casio has recently announced their G-Shock MRG-B5000 series, which will be available in Japan from March 12. Available will be in two colors: black and silver. The MRG-B5000B-1JR has a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating and comes with a price tag of 462,000 yen, while the MRG-B5000D-1JR has a titanium carbide coating and is priced at 396,000 yen.

The MRG-B5000B-1 and MRG-B5000D-1 are also expected to hit stores in other Asian countries this March or upcoming April. They will be globally released at some point in the near future. The MRGB5000B-1 is expected to cost $4000, while the MRGB5000D-1 is expected to come with a less price of $3500. The MRG-B5000B-1DR and MRG-B5000D-1DR are also currently listed at Casio Europe, but their prices haven’t been announced yet. It weighs approximately 114 grams.
